SEAMOUNT ESTATES COMMUNITY CLUB RECREATION AREA

As a Member in good standing of Seamount Estates Community Club (herein known as Seamount), I wish to request a reservation for the use of the Recreation Area and cabana on Seamount’s waterfront. I recognize that recreational vehicle or camping activities may involve certain dangers. I certify that I am aware of all the inherent dangers, including but not limited to driving, parking, going in or out of one’s own or another guests RV or camp, accidents or illness in remote areas without medical facilities, vehicle shuttling, the forces of nature, and the action of my guests or other persons.

In consideration for permission to allow my guest or family members (herein referred to as "guest") to enjoy and use this property, I hereby release Seamount and all of its members from any and all liability claims and causes of action which may arise from their use of this property. I personally assume all risks and in connection with their activities and further agree to indemnify Seamount, its members and its insurance company for all liability, claims and causes of action arising out of or in any way connected with their presence on Seamount property. The terms of this agreement will serve as a release and indemnity agreement for my heirs, personal representatives and for all member of my family, including any minors (Parents or legal guardians must sign a Guest Registration Form for persons under eighteen (18) years of age).
